A much loved family home, Kimberley Hall sits in a perfectly designed 18th century Arcadian landscape overlooking the Tiffey valley. The Hall and West Wing offer a conbination of traditional grandeur with a unique, stylish and flexible entertainment space.
Kimberley Hall is a stunning and magical venue set in amazing grounds, offering it's privacy, exclusivity and creativity mantra. Choosing the right venue for your ceremony or reception is a very important part of your planning.
From Kimberley Hall website and brochure - " Kimberley Hall is imbued with a sense of one family offering their hospitality to another without the trappings of a corporate or public venue. Multiple options exist for the reception, both inside or outside in the terraced garden among the Yew trees overlooking the historic park with its romantic lake and ancient oaks. Moreover, the 'wedding breakfast' and evening entertainment can be accommodated in the West Wing, restored to a very high standard, or in a marquee hired separately.
To complement the classical rooms in Kimberley Hall, the West Wing provides the ideal setting for the wedding breakfast, music and dancing. Its contemporary vernacular design, with lime-washed red brick, oak floors and under-floor heating, has a computer-controlled LED lighting system allowing the walls and roof structure to be bathed in the atmospheric colour of your choice. The main doubleheight room seats 120 at round tables with a dance floor at the far end. The upper floor is arranged with comfortable seating and soundproofed from the main area, with a balcony overlooking the dance floor enabling guests to remain involved with the entertainment. The upper floor can also be used as a standing reception area or reception area for latecomers invited after the wedding meal. Along with the ante-room on the ground floor with its open fire, the space provides 3,200ft2, accommodating in excess of 200 people for the 'after dinner party'."
Kimberley Hall is one of the most elegant venues in Norfolk.
You do pay a premium for it though - and the bar, often a very popular focal point, is in a different room and often stays very busy, but Kimberley Hall is a great, beautiful venue.
